Gretchen Griffin

Gretchen Griffin is a pharmaceutical professional with over 20 years of experience.  While she entered the industry as a nonclinical toxicology scientist, the majority of her career has been spent in regulatory writing, particularly for oncology therapeutics.  Her experience spans from operational (writing complex regulatory documents) to managerial (leading writing groups and managing cross functional team) in various environments (medium and large pharmaceutical companies, consultancies).  Currently, Gretchen is the Head of North American Operations for Trilogy Writing & Consulting.  She has a passion for empowering and leading her team members to help create high functioning teams. Gretchen is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.S. in Animal Science), Johns Hopkins University (M.S. in Regulatory Sciences), and the University of Sciences in Philadelphia (Certificate in Biomedical Regulatory Writing).  She is currently pursuing an MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
